More About the Artist

Growing up, I watched a lot of animation, but specifically being drawn to the expressiveness of renaissance Disney movies, as well as the gothic undertones of Tim Burton's work. As I developed my art style, I sought to combine the specific things I loved in the stories I watched and read. Many of my stories have themes of morality, love, duality and nuance. Stories like Beauty and The Beast, Phantom of the Opera, Corpse Bride, The Wolfman, Frankenstein, and several other gothic and whimsical movies. When I'm not drawing on my iPad, you can find me making lattes, rollerskating, and singing karaoke in my free time!
